ReadyAimRetire offers multiple subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are available at readyaimretire.com/pricing. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription tiers. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends. We will notify you before charging your payment method at the end of a trial period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. For annual subscriptions, prorated refunds are available if you cancel within the first 60 days.
You must provide valid payment information to subscribe to paid plans. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.

You should not rely solely on the Service for making financial decisions. Tax Law Changes: Tax laws and regulations change frequently. While we strive to keep our calculations current, there may be delays in implementing legislative changes. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely via video conference.
You agree that arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Either party may seek equitable relief in court for infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights. Additionally, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.
For any claims not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
